SHIPPING

When an order is ready to be shipped, the customer will be notified by email including the tracking number. Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Shipping will take 2-3 business days for Quebec orders, 2-7 for the rest of Canadian orders, and 5-10 for US orders, and a maximum of 15 days for international orders. Cult Nine is not responsible for shipping and customs delays as it is in the hand of the carrier. 

If the pick up option is selected, the customer will receive an email with information for pick up location and time.

RETURNS

Cult Nine offers a credit note on items at regular price. Please email hello@cultnine.com to begin the process. Items must be returned & received by our team within 14 days of receipt of package. Customers will receive a code to apply at checkout on their next order to be used in full in one single purchase for the amount of the item + taxes (shipping cost not included).

*All sale items, intimates, and swimwear collections are final sale, no exchanges or returns.*

Sales & discounts cannot be applied to recently placed or past orders nor can they be combined. Once purchased, an item cannot be discounted lower. This is to ensure the integrity of the order and the production process.

Cult Nine reserves the right to refuse damaged, altered or worn merchandise in which case a refund will not be granted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Cult Nine is not responsible for lost items or packages sent to the wrong address. Please provide correct info at checkout. 


TAXES, DUTIES & SHIPPING 

All Cult Nine collections are shipped from Montreal, Canada. Orders will be shipped with Canada Post and receive a tracking number which will be emailed to the email address associated to the order.

Orders to the USA & International may incur taxes and duties. The customer takes full responsibility to pay for taxes and duties (if any). All shipping & handling charges for the USA & International are calculated through Canada Post. Taxes and duties will not be refunded by Cult Nine in the event of a return.


CURRENCY

Orders on our site are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 


PRIVACY 

We do not sell, trade or transfer any personal information uploaded by customers.

Personal customer information is used to personalize the site and keep an internal data of orders and customers processed.

Cult Nine owns all images uploaded to cultnine.com and on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter (unless otherwise stated). If you would like to use one of our original images, please contact hello@cultnine.com.
